Prominence Health Plan started in 1993 as a Commercial health maintenance organization (HMO) in Reno, Nevada. Through the years, we have grown to include PPO and Medicare Advantage lines of business, also with Administrative Services plans for self-funded organizations. Additionally, we have expanded our network coverage across Nevada, Texas and Florida to serve even more members with our highly competitive plans and individualized service.
